1. Acceptance of terms
By registering an account or using GamezMaster ("the game", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use GamezMaster. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 16 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your country), you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
3. Account responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share your account with others.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
- You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
- Each person may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair advantages is prohibited.
4. Acceptable conduct
You must not:
- Use scripts, bots, or automation tools to interact with the game.
- Exploit bugs or unintended game mechanics. Report bugs instead via support.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players in messages or clan communications.
- Use offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content in usernames, land names, or messages.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the service.
- Interfere with the integrity of the game or rankings.
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account bans at the discretion of the moderation team.
5. Game rules and moderation
GamezMaster staff (moderators and admins) have the authority to investigate rule violations and take corrective action including reverting in-game actions, adjusting balances, issuing temporary or permanent bans. Staff decisions are final. Appeal by contacting support@gamezmaster.com.
6. Intellectual property
All game content — art, code, design, text, and mechanics — is the intellectual property of GamezMaster. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the game content without express written permission.
User-generated content (land names, clan names, personal messages) remains yours, but by creating it you grant GamezMaster a licence to store and display it in connection with the game.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep the game available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily take the service offline without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GamezMaster is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed €50.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
